This is the thread that connects all of humanity, and you are now carefully participating in its cosmic weaving. You can navigate this epic journey with strength, confidence, and authenticity.

For so many, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum have become sources of great fear and hesitancy. There is a massive outsourcing of ancient wisdom embedded in the DNA of women and it does not have to be this way.

It is my honor to walk with women not as a leader, a savior, or an expert - but as a loving and compassionate compass that reminds you of your own inner-direction.

I am Lara Lasky, mother, friend, and companion for women taking the courageous leap from maiden to mother. I am Certified Holistic Reproductive Practitioner, and a Certified Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula.


I bow before you as a steward of the conscious movement toward integrity and sovereignty. As a mother myself, I know the immense power of having wise women by your side during the motherhood continuum - not to guide your journey for you, but you guide you back to your own inner-compass, your Divine source of Direction and knowing.

I offer conscious support for women in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas and online anywhere, throughout pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.
