    This workshop helps you plan for life after birth; emotionally, physically, and practically. We’ll cover what to expect in the early postpartum weeks, how to build your support system, and tips for recovery, infant feeding, sleep, and self-care. You’ll leave with a personalized postpartum plan and tools to help you feel more confident and supported during the transition into parenthood.
